Everything is made in our small workshop in Grasse, in batches of a few hundred bottles. The roses come from a nearby garden and the olive squalane from one family-run grove in Andalusia.
Yes. Sensitive skin is where we started. Every formula is dermatologist tested and scented only with the natural aroma of its plants, and the bakuchiol serum was made for skin that cannot tolerate retinol.
Yes. Send your empty bottle back and we will refill it at a lower price. Write to us and we will arrange your first refill.
Never. Our testing is dermatological, carried out on volunteers, and nine in ten ingredients in every formula are certified organic.
You have 60 days, even if the bottle is opened or half used. Write to us and we will arrange the return and refund.
Orders leave Grasse within two working days. Delivery takes 2 to 4 days in France, 3 to 6 in Europe and 6 to 12 elsewhere, with tracking.
Cleanse with the cleansing milk, mist with the rose toner, press in the gold serum, then seal with the night balm. By day use the day cream alone.
Yes, by appointment, Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00 to 17:00. Visits are unhurried and without obligation.
