By ordering from Dewbloom Cosmetics you agree to the following terms, composed as plainly as our ingredient lists.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when payment is accepted and you receive our confirmation letter. Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. If a formula is unavailable after you order, we will tell you within two working days and refund you in full.
Shipping
Parcels leave Grasse within two working days, shipped carbon-neutral. Delivery estimates are given at checkout; once a parcel leaves us, delays belong to the carrier — but write to us and we will chase it with you.
Returns
Within sixty days of delivery you may return any product — even opened, even half-used — for a full refund. Contact the atelier first so we can arrange the return; refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen days of arrival.
Fair use of the site
Our words and photographs are ours. You are welcome to quote small passages with credit, but please do not reproduce the site’s content or imagery for commercial purposes without asking.
