We collect as little as possible, and keep it as carefully as we keep our distillates. This policy explains what we gather when you browse, write to us, or order from Dewbloom Cosmetics.
What we collect
When you order, we receive your name, email, shipping address and order details — what is needed to wrap, send and account for your parcel. When you write through our contact form, we receive whatever your letter contains. We never ask for, and never store, your payment details; those pass directly to our payment provider.
How we use it
To fulfil and support your order, to answer your letters, and — only with your explicit consent — to send occasional notes from the atelier. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except with the services strictly required to operate the shop: payment processing, delivery, and fraud prevention.
Cookies
We use a small number of functional cookies to keep your cart and checkout working. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Your rights
You may ask at any time what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to the atelier through our contact page and we will answer within thirty days.
