Fewer products, chosen well, give skin room to recover. Somewhere along the way, skincare became loud — twelve steps, seven acids, a shelf that looks like a laboratory bench. We make six things, and we would rather you used three of them well than all of them anxiously.
Skin is an organ of repair. Given fewer, better ingredients and a consistent rhythm, it does most of the work itself. Our job is to remove the obstacles — the day, the dryness, the doubt — and then step aside.
The case for less
Skin does not want twelve steps. It wants three things, chosen well, repeated nightly.
A quieter shelf
Start with the evening ceremony: a milk, a mist, a concentrate, a balm. Seven minutes. Within a fortnight most of our clients write to say the same thing — that their skin feels quieter, as though a noise they had stopped noticing has finally stopped.
Less, but better. Every evening. That is the whole letter.
